Gas Processing

SKP Cleantech Corp specializes in engineering critical oil and gas infrastructure. Our expertise covers well-pad and control systems, multiphase gathering systems, separation technologies (test/group, and GOSP/CPF), manifold and rotary valve systems, gas processing units (de-oiling, de-gassing, electrostatic dehydration, gas dew point control, NGL recovery, gas compression, and pipeline systems), and gas treatment processes (amine sweetening, glycol dehydration, and solid desiccant-based systems).

Petrochemicals and Refining

SKP Cleantech Corp specializes in engineering comprehensive refinery systems. Our expertise covers crude oil processing units (atmospheric and vacuum distillation), product upgrading units (hydrotreater, hydrocracker, isomerization, and alkylation), hydrogen production and recovery systems (steam reforming, hydrogen recycle compression, and hydrogen recovery from off-gas), and auxiliary units (sour water stripping, off-gas treatment, flare system, and pressure safety valves).

OilSands

SKP Cleantech Corp specializes in engineering heavy oil extraction and upgrading facilities. Our expertise encompasses surface mining and SAGD technologies for oil recovery, followed by bitumen processing using solvent recovery and HTPT de-asphalting. To optimize oil recovery, we implement water injection systems. Additionally, the project addresses produced water treatment, solids and heavy oil transportation, and hydraulics studies.

Utilities

We specialize in optimizing energy use and reducing emissions through steam boilers, co-generation, OTSG, and HRSG technologies. Our comprehensive solutions include turbine specifications, BFW water treatment, CEMS/PEMS, HVAC design, tank-farm design, VRU, FGRS, PSA/TSA, fire water systems, and wastewater treatment.
